I was always interested in the brain and then I lost my brain power. Oh no. I kind of felt like in my 30s, I was beginning to have Alzheimer's. I was like, this is not good. I can't do this, you know. I ended up on Oxygen. I was always on this quest to really get my brain back. Our intention and our goal as human beings is to stay in faith and trust, not fear and worry.
Because what we think about, we get. So see all these old patterns, all the different shocks and stuff, it gets stuck in the spaces of the brain. And what I'm really doing is I'm changing the energetic system. And I'm working on the rings around your brain. This is the energetic brain. And so that's what's missing in everyone's brain work.
When you do physical brain, give you supplements, I have those too. We can tell you how to eat, we can detox, we can work on emotions, work on your spiritual body, but this is the energetic piece that's often missed. Think of it as an onion skin peeling. The more we clear those out, the more people become 100 percent their authentic self.
And that is heaven. That is your connection to Spirit, God, the Divine, whatever you believe. At a very high, deeper level. We're all seeking that on some level, even if we don't talk about it.
Absolutely. You know? Yeah. Absolutely.
Dr. Louise, I'm so excited to interview you today. I was looking forward to this as I was looking at your wonderful YouTube channel with so much wonderful information. You are a motivational speaker, transformational coach, natural path, speaker, mentor and healer. Passionate about helping others clear blockages in the way of their success.
She is the creator of the Brain Soul Success Academy and the Brain System, a five step program that works on the mind, body, soul, and energetic field at the same time for lasting results. Welcome to the podcast, Dr. Lewis. Oh, I'm
so excited to be with you, Alicia. Thank you so much for having me on.
I cannot wait to hear a little more about your background and how you became a doctor of naturopathy.
You know, I got really sick myself, so after my second was born, my son was born, I really crashed. Um, I ended up with three autoimmune diseases, so they just diagnosed me. They didn't know. Doctors didn't know. It was fibromyalgia, MS, chronic fatigue, and medical didn't help me. So I ended up in this whole world of finding natural doctors to help, everything from chiropractic to acupuncture.
You kind of name it, I did it, because at that time I had two little kids at home and all I wanted to do was be their mom. So I was really seeking, but prior to that, I was a teacher. I was a special education teacher. So I was always interested in the brain and then I lost my brain power. Oh no. I ended up on oxygen.
And I remember I, um, I had my phone number written in my wallet at the time. So I didn't, I mean, we didn't have cell phones back then. So I was always on this quest to really get my brain back. Like my brain power back. I kind of felt like in my thirties. I was beginning to have Alzheimer's. I was like, this is not good.
I can't do this, you know? So I really did end up on this quest and tried a lot of natural health things and it really took a long time. A long time. It took me like 16 years and I tried a lot of different, you know, protocols and things. And one day I woke up and said, hey, you know what? I know a lot of this.
I should just get the paper on the wall. I'll just go to naturopathic And so that's how I ended up as a naturopath. But I didn't stop there. Because it's funny, all I did was I changed the physical body things like we always do. You know, you change your diet. You know, you eat organic food. I exercise. I got good sleep.
I took my supplements. I was doing all of those things. But I still didn't feel like myself and I'm still on this journey. I kept asking, you know, there's something more. What is it? I ended up moving my family from Chicago to Chalice, New Mexico, to be in the mountains to heal. Very like organic, if you will, adobe house.
Pretty funky, but we saw double rainbows every day when it rained. It was absolutely like magical times. Those were our monk years. Wow. Honestly, they were just really beautiful times, but I still wasn't all the way, like I said, healthy, really healthy, like to the core. So I did emotional work in the grateful journal and you know, I just kept seeking.
I did different kinds of energy work and then I was introduced to biofeedback. Neuro biofeedback. And that started really changing me even more and then even energy work. All of those things combined is what I created as my brain system. So I realized I had to do these five steps. I had to work on my body and I had to release.
R is releasing. It spells brain. B is Body, R is Releasing, Releasing Mental Chatter, Old Patterns, Old Emotions, Trauma. And then A is Align with Spirit, I is Integrating your Brain Frequencies to your Soul's True Purpose. And then N is Putting in the New Program. And I think that's missed a lot in the world of healing.
Healing anything, whether you're healing yourself or healing your business. Because we have to put the new program in of how you want to show up, what you want to do. And so all those pieces together, Alicia, really create like magical results. Like, I like results that stick. And because it took me so long to get healthy, I'm always looking for a faster way.
That's such a beautiful story and it just highlights again how sometimes when life gives you lemons, life gives you so many lemons, and you went out there and you created the best that you could with it. Actually, because of all the conditions that you were diagnosed with, you've taken a different path in life that maybe you wouldn't have otherwise.
Yeah, and you know what? I've always been a teacher. You know, so I mean, I loved teaching kids. I never thought I would leave Illinois. My dream was the white picket fence, the 2. 1 kids and the puppy dog. I mean, this just took me on a whole nother journey. I was a teacher when I was six years old. So at age six, I taught my best friend, everything that I knew, my best friend, Susie.
So I usually tell the story that we played school and we played spy. We played cop. So I became a teacher and she became a cop. So you definitely have to watch what your kids are doing when they're growing up.
You know, that's so hilarious to me because me and my sister, we played dolls and I was always the auntie from America.
I had no kids. I had a business and I would pick outfits that matched the color of my car. That's how funny that was. I don't do that now, but I am the auntie from America now and she lives in Germany and she has kids and she, we, when we played, she would always have a few kids and then I would not have kids and I don't have kids.
You know, it's, so you're right. Parents need to watch it. Whatever your kids are playing, it's psychic.
That's great. I love that.
Tell me a little bit more about when people find you and they start working with you. How does a session look like with you?
Yeah, I actually do deep dive into the brain system.
So I really think our first part is body. Kind of using my naturopathic background, trying to figure out, you know, what's going on there. And I have to become like a good, like detective, if you will. So I'm really good at that. You know, I mean, I can figure stuff out that people can't figure out. And it's also because I'm looking at the whole person,
you
know, so I look at the body.
Figure out what's going on, if they have pain somewhere, if they have allergies. So I have a whole tool bag of tricks, I guess, or methods that I use, and I do use the neurobio feedback with the brain system. So we start with the body, okay, and then I ask them what they want to have, what they want to have change or be different in their life.
And we walk down these goals. And so their goals are intentions, and neurolinguistic programming as we walk down those goals. And we can play with that here if you wanted to do this.
Absolutely. Let's play. You're a teacher. You've been a teacher since you were six. Let's do
this. Hey, and my best friend Susie skipped a grade.
We were finally in the same class. I must have been a great teacher, huh? And you still are. She was really smart. I think she was going to do that anyway. Um, let's see. So yeah, so let's play with this. Um, so we can do like a little demo. I could ask you if you would, would be our surrogate here for your audience.
Absolutely.
Okay, cool. Um, so Alicia, what's on your heart today? You know, what would you like to have change or be different?
I get overwhelmed quite a bit and I have a lot of body aches and pains. I don't really have time to exercise. I seem to be always kind of on the go. I don't like to wake up too early.
So I always, for years and years, I said to myself, I would wake up at six o'clock, you know, it's the magical time and just exercise for an hour and a half. And it's never happened for 10 years now. I've said this and that. So I eventually gave up on this. I was like, Nope, it's just not going to happen. So. I try to do exercise kind of like throughout the day more or less so I don't seem to be able to ever get like an hour of uninterrupted time to just go and be on a treadmill or something but I will do sit ups and I will like when I will try to put TV on or something at home so I don't have to drive somewhere and then come back, you know.
So I try to do some stretches, kind of like yoga a little bit and then some sit ups. But yeah, I have a lot of lower back pain, general stuff. Some nosebleeds, seems like some allergies. Yeah, so it would be nice not to have some of that. It would be very nice.
Give me a sentence about what you want to have.
Oh
gosh. What
would you like to have changed about that?
I would like to feel like I am not worried about everything because every minute of the day I am worried about something, you know, thinking through what could go wrong and trying to predict how I can stop something from happening or whatever. I would like to like one day be able to like sit down and breathe and not be worried.
That would be so nice.
What's the opposite of worry for you?
I'm not sure that I've ever experienced that, so I can't really give you an answer. Okay, I'm
gonna, I'm gonna share something with you that might help you.
Yeah.
Um, and I'm gonna use a pen to show you.
Yes.
I always think about this is trust. Yes.
And this is worry. So, the top of the pen is trust, the bottom is worry, and we can't be halfway. In other words, you can't be a little bit worried and a little bit trustful.
I'm not trusting, I guess.
So, we've got to get back to trust, it sounds like, for you.
Yeah.
You know, the other two that are opposite, or like, kind of related to trust and worry, is this is faith, and this is fear.
So, faith is the top of the pen, fear is the bottom, and we really can't be halfway. Right. We're either in faith, we believe, you know, so even some incredibly spiritual, let's just say some, you know, some beautiful monks, you know, we think of them as always being in faith, maybe, but they're human. They're going to dip down to fear.
You know, they might get COVID, they might get sick and get a little fearful. The difference is they don't stay there as long. They come back up to here quicker. So our intention and our goal as human beings is to stay in faith and trust. not fear and worry. Because what we think about, we get.
You're right.
Right? That's why I'm
worried about it. I don't want to be there.
I'm so
worried about it. I'm like, I know I shouldn't be thinking and feeling this way, but like, I can't, you know, it feels like I'm polluted, you know, like the last few years, like, It's just like pollution. Like, I can't get out of this. Like, I don't really want to go out there and do more stuff.
I don't really want to be doing what I'm doing. I'm tired. I'm like, how do I get back to feeling joy? Because I'm not feeling joyful. I'm just feeling like there's things I have to do and I'm not going to stop doing any of them. But it also feels like I have no choice. Like I have to keep going, but I can't relax.
So I'm so tired and depleted. It's just a cycle. It's like a cycle that I can't stop. Help me fix me.
Oh, this is so, we're going to turn this around for you today. So here's what I heard you say. You want to feel joyful. So I feel joyful and I'm not worried. I can breathe and I can relax and I have choice.
Yes. So if you, if you could breathe, relax, have choice. Right? You're more joyful. You're not worried so often. What would change or be different from that?
I think I would like lock everything up and like run away. And I don't know if I would come back. And that's the fear that I have. I'm like, if I relax and I really like see that, that I can be different, I'm going to be like you guys.
You went to. Was it Mexico or New Mexico? New Mexico. You were like, screw it all, I'm leaving. You know, that's how I feel. I'm like, if I clock everything up and I don't have any more responsibilities and I can live for like a week and not worry about anything, I don't know if I'm going to come back, you know, and that's my fear.
I'm like, I can't not come back. I have to be here for my family and for everyone, you know, I want to be there for people.
Okay, well then let's put this in there. Maybe I take a vacation and I come back home. In other words, you're giving yourself the rest that you need. Yeah. Right? I take a vacation and I come back.
And so if you took this vacation and you're feeling joyful and you could breathe, you could relax, you have choice, how would all that make you feel?
Relaxed. But the tension is what keeps me together. So let's not forget that. So I would fall apart. I'd be like, ah.
Okay, so I feel relaxed and I stay together.
You're good with the affirmations and turning me around. I'm a Debbie Downer over here and you're like.
No, you're going to see what's going to happen. We're going to clear the core issues that are keeping you stuck.
Okay. Let's do this. Okay. So you
feel relaxed and you get to stay together. Um, if you're feeling relaxed and you could kind of stay together, you take this vacation.
Go ahead.
I, I, I also want to mention I'm stubborn and I have a resistance to change. There's some resistance. Like the moment you try to change me, I start to feel like, well, what do you mean? Like I wasn't good enough before. So now you're going to change me. So there's that fine balance. That I've seen myself that if, if people work with me and they like somehow hint that I could do something different, I'm like, like inside, I'm like, well, yeah, right.
Like you really think it's that easy, right. You know? So then I start to like argue, you know, inside, I don't really do it outwardly, but you're actually, you have a very good energy, a lot of warmth. So I think I would be good with you, but normally I kind of get defensive. You get defensive.
Okay. That's really, no, I appreciate, I appreciate you sharing that.
That's really helpful. That's good to know. And you know what? You're really, you know, you're representing to a lot of people here, right? Everybody listening to the show, um, how many people can relate to that? You know, if we had people raise their hand, 80 percent of people would raise their hand, right? Um, because it's, it's a pretty common, common pattern.
Um, so if you could take this vacation and you were feeling more joyful and you could breathe and you could relax and you could relax and still stay together, what would you be allowing fully then? That you're not allowing fully now.
Well, I love how you said trust before and faith. I feel like when you're in the flow of life, you're actually trusting that things are going to be okay and therefore you have to leave that fear behind and think things are not going to be okay.
And so I am always kind of struggling with that. If things would be different, I would be trusting.
I would
be trusting that things are going to be okay. That no matter what shit is happening, no matter what bad thing is happening right now, if I can trust that it's somehow going to turn into something else, or morph, or change, then I'm going to be okay.
But it's hard to trust, so I'm always kind of like, feeling like I'm trying to control. Things, in a way, uh, because I don't trust that things are going to be okay, and because I always had to do things on my own, I always had to make sure things were okay, I still keep doing it, and it's so exhausting. I am just beyond exhausted.
You know, I mean, I can paint my face and I can do whatever for the show, but at home, I'm like, I don't want to see anybody. I don't want to go anywhere. People ask me, do you want to go to art show? I'm like, are you kidding me? I'm not going anywhere. I'm staying home right here where I'm at. You know? It's 3 p.
m. I'm tired. You know, I'm just gonna do paperwork and that doesn't stop the paperwork doesn't stop It's like I'm always working. I'm always working even if the TV is on I am working
So you would allow trust that I would be okay and you would allow more freedom
I just don't know how to do that because that's like, I'm letting, I would have to let go the reins and be okay with something.
I don't know what it is. I'm so scared that if I let go, I'm like gonna, everything's going to fall apart.
Okay. Okay. Well, that's totally a trust issues. I'm so glad we're doing this today. So we're going to put, here's what I'm going to do. So I wrote all these intentions. Okay. And so here's what we have. I feel joyful and I'm not worried.
I can breathe and I can relax and I have choice. I take a vacation and I come back home. I feel relaxed and I stay together. I allow trust that all will be okay, and I allow more fun in letting go. Okay? Beautiful. It's beautiful. That's where you want to be. Yes. Now we have to, you know, clear the blocks in a sense, do the releasing work to get you there, and then rewire.
I'm
already tensed up. I'm already like, Oh my God, what's she going to clear up?
I know, you're going to be fine. You'll see. Um. Yep, yep, yep. Allowing fun. Gosh, I don't know. Maybe you're supposed to go swing on the swings.
That would be fun, actually. I was thinking about trampoline. Like, I would so love to just jump and not.
Oh, that would be so nice.
I have a little trampoline in my garage. Come on over. Um, Yeah.
I see you're already clearing me, I'm already crying.
It's okay, actually, you know, it's funny, when I, when I moved to my new office, I rented an office, Albuquerque National Health Center was my first business, now my second business is Brain Soul Success, you know, and I help a lot of entrepreneurs like yourself.
And I remember my, um, when I moved into my new office and I actually bought it, I found, I found some investors to help me. by my office and there were so many windows and it was so white I thought no one would cry. And I came home crying thinking no one's going to cry and I'm not going to get results.
So I just want to say that to you because if you don't cry that means you're not letting go. So I'm very good at making people cry. Thank you
for
that. And it's okay. And we appreciate your vulnerability here and I bet your listeners will too. Yeah. Absolutely. And many of them are going to relate to this.
So what I did is I put letting go, allowing fun, relaxing. I put all that in a box. Okay. And then I draw strings from the box. And there may be four, I think there's at least three. And so this first situation, and this is an intuitive process where I'm going into the field, energy field. We are energetic beings before anything else.
So your back pain even starts in the field, okay? It can be a physical problem, but it's also in the energy field. And so we can say, this first string, can I, can I figure out where the beginning of trust issues started for you? I got a yes. So I muscle test everything and figure it out. And so is this when you were a kid?
Yes, were you age 0 through 5? Yes. Were you 1, 2, 3? You were around age 3. Was this age 3 something with mom, something with dad, possibly something with your dad? Um, do you remember something at age 3?
Um, yeah, actually I don't remember it, but uh, I, I think that there was something that happened. Um,
okay. So, so what we're going to do and, and you know, I don't even have to know what it is.
I'm just going to get the words about it. So I actually have like cheat sheets of words. So I have words that are negative words and words that are positive words. And so this process clears the brain and the soul. So it clears the trauma that creates a little cellular memory bump in your brain. And so it frees your brain and allows you to relax and be what I call 100 percent your soul truth.
And so we all hold these patterns and sometimes they're subconscious. We don't even know they're there. So when we clear them and dig them out, we can sort of turn it all around. So there's something at age three, I'm thinking was something with your dad. Now it could be your dad's energy in your field or both of you.
I have a feeling it's your dad's energy in your field. So if he was having a hard time, and I got the word devastated.
Yeah, and he's, you know, has, um, uh, mental health problems. Okay. Just all kinds of different things going on with him. Um, you know, probably some narcissistic qualities. Um, just, um, He's a very complex character.
I love him to death, uh, and I probably have to in some ways, um, emotionally take care of both of my parents, you know, and probably always have.
And that's key what you just said there, because if you emotionally take care of your parents, you didn't have the energy for you. And it's still in your field.
It's like a soul theft. But it's all subconscious. It's not anything, you know, we would walk around talk about, you know. Yes, but the words will matter and how we clear it here will help too because I got negativity, PTSD, and devastated and that was at age three. Um, let's see here, here. Anguish, confusion, grief, anxiety, discouragement.
Fear. Then we say, Was all that energy a liar, thief, or fraud on you? It was a thief. Did it kill, steal, or destroy something it stole? Now those words, liar, thief, fraud, kill, steal, or destroy, came from John 10, 10 in the Bible. So, we are clearing the brain and the soul. It's still your love. Your freedom. Your freedom to be you.
Your vision of what you thought would be. Your confidence. Your trust. Your letting go. Your vision. And prosperity. Acceptance. Ease. And pleasure. So, I just write, I'm creating new judgments, assumptions, projections, conclusions, decisions about Whatever happened when you were three, and any of the energy that you pulled in at that time, we release it now, let it go, allow you to be free, to be 100 percent your soul's truth.
To allow this relaxation, this trust, and this fun. Good and bad, right and wrong, pot and pock, all nine shorts, boys and beyonds. I usually have people tap the bottom of their foot, just kind of knock it out. So just kind of take an open hand, a leash, and we're going to hit the bottom of our foot. Even with your shoe on, it's all good, just kind of whack it.
LAUGHS Good job. Awesome. Awesome. Now are there any pictures still in your mind when you were little? Like do you still see pictures of mom or dad or things going on? I
actually don't remember most of my life.
Okay.
I just have feelings more or less, you know, not like images. Okay. Apparently don't remember a lot of stuff because my family will ask me, well do you remember when we did this and that?
I'm like, no. You
know what I think about when people don't remember? I really, that's a clue to me, like as the practitioner, that there's some buried things that are keeping you stuck, that are not even yours. Because a lot of times I do ancestral strings, meaning it's great great great grandfather's, great grandmother's stuff.
You know, it can be generations back, and those patterns, you know, scientists have proven DNA.
Interesting.
We carry that stuff. So a very simple example would be poverty. Yeah. Yeah. You know, poverty's back here, somebody's trying to make it in the world, they want to make money, they want to be successful, and then often there's a block that's, you know, six generations back of all the poverty that was handed down.
Right, I agree.
Right? So we, we have to clear that. The next string is a female. Is this you? This is you. Is this you at a certain time? Yes, this is you right now. So this is you currently. So this is just your stress, your anxiety.
And you're going to show us that diagram or what you're working on? I mean, it's a
real scratch copy, but.
Ah,
I see. So this is the questions that you follow and then you write it. Okay. Very cool.
Yeah. So what I'm doing is I'm really just like figuring out what I call the strings, like the people or situations blocking you and holding you back. From your intention.
Okay.
So this is called a soul tie box and I have a year long program where I teach this and what's really interesting is I didn't think I could because it's so intuitive and yet every single one of my people are this intuitive.
Amazing.
They can do it too and so it's just a process but this is how you're feeling now like everything you've shared with us you know, this current stress, this anxiety, the vulnerability, despair. Dread. Shock. Where do the shocks start?
It's kind of like the feeling like, I will do everything I can to help anyone that needs it.
I will continue working. I'll continue supporting everyone, you know, emotionally, however people need it. But it's like, it feels like, um, I'm looking forward and I hate to say it like this, but looking forward to meeting God and looking forward to be on the other side. Like I, I don't like people say I'm afraid of death.
And I'm always like, I don't understand how you could be afraid of death. Like, that's the ultimate, like, this is where I want to be. Because when that happens, I'm not going to have all this BS that I have here. You know, the fears, the dread. At any point in life, you feel like, you know, somebody can attack you.
Somebody can make something up about you. Somebody can hurt you in so many different ways on so many different levels. You spend so much time trying to protect yourself, and it's just so exhausting, you know, to even, so I try not to think about that, but every once in a while it will come up, and it's like, oh God, I just, just want to be with God already, like, I'm so, like, just Just take me now, you know?
Yeah, I can tell you're really stressed. You know what? You can create heaven here on Earth.
If I can, you tell me, because
You know, so Bruce Lipton talks a lot about that, right? I don't know if you know Bruce Lipton and Greg Brayden and Shamany. Shamany Jane is going to be at my retreat. I'm so excited, in the fall.
Um, but you can create heaven on Earth. And so when we say those kind of things to ourself, and you know this is a mental health, you know, professional yourself. It's just a sign.
Right.
Right? That we're stressed out. That we've got to clear something. That we've kind of had it. You know? We need a vacation.
We need to like take a look at ourselves, you know? I just met a friend of mine at an art festival and he said, well, the next seven days I'm going to sit on a cushion. I'm like, what do you mean? He's going to like a Zen Buddhist like sit on a cushion, you know, meditate for seven days straight. I'm like seven days straight.
No thinking about anything at all. Wow. I don't know if I can do one day. Right. You know, um, so fear, frustration, anxiety, exhausted. You kept saying there's shock here. We have to find out where the shock started. Does shock, is shock in your field? Is it an organ system? It's in a brain part. Oh, where's my brain list?
Um, we're gonna really shock and thalamus the brain. So we're just gonna go like this and go down your corpus cossum until you can't touch anymore and say, I released shock in the Corpus cossum, I released Shock in the Corpus cossum, I released Shock in the Corpus cossum, I released the Shock Corpus Cossum.
I released the Shock Corpus Colossus Cossum I the corus of the brain,
the brain.
Awesome, good job. So that shock, that fear, that frustration that you're feeling is a liar, thief, and a fraud. And so we're going to name what it's killing, stealing, and destroying and reclaim that for you.
Because it's stealing your joy,
That's, oh, there's a keyword right there. I just would like to feel joy again. I don't feel joy. I like, whatever happened, it's like, I am blocked up. I don't really feel joy. Like, so when people say, oh, I'm going to the arts festival. I'm like, why? Like, I don't feel anything. I go someplace.
I just can't feel it. I just don't, I just find it exhausting. So I just don't do it.
Yeah, it's, it's all the stuff that's not So, see all these old patterns, all the different shops and stuff, they get stuck in the spaces of the brain. And, there was a doctor named Dr. Hamer. He was a German doctor that discovered trauma causes illness.
And what I liked about his work, I kind of like blend science and spirituality. And so he took pictures of people's brains and he would find there was a lesion where there was what the trauma was. So how he discovered that was his son was shot and died at age 17, and three months later he got testicular cancer.
And he said, why do I have this cancer? I was healthy before. Something's wrong. And so he started working on clearing the trauma, but he took pictures, before and after pictures. Um, he put together whole charts online. Which describe different kinds of illnesses or cancers that have similar, like, shock moments.
It stinks moments. And we all have these in our lives. And so the more we can clear them out, and there's usually like layers. Like we're doing a layer for you today. Think of it as an onion skin peeling. The more we clear 100 percent their authentic self. And that is heaven on earth. Mmm. That is your connection to spirit, God, the divine, whatever you believe, at a very high, deeper level, we're all seeking that on some level, even if we don't talk about it.
Absolutely. You know? Yeah, absolutely.
So, let's see. Did we reclaim your joy? Yeah. So it's still your, it's still your joy. It kills your fulfillment, your success, the vision of what you thought would be your abundance, your prosperity. Your security, your guidance, your protection, and your safety. So good and bad, right and wrong, pot and pock, all nine shorts, boys and beyonds.
So do we clear that string? Yeah, so are you starting to feel a little lighter?

Good, awesome. So this next one, is this a male, female, or a situation? That's the situation. Is it recent or old? It's an old situation. Is it an old situation with Larisha? Yes. How old is this? Is this when you were a kid again?
Yes. Were you age 0 through 5? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Were you 5? Were you 6? You were either 5 or 6. Is this 5 or 6 with mom? With dad? With the whole family? With yourself? With someone else? Someone else. Um, is this ancestral? Yes. I have a feeling you're a very old soul.

I think you are too. And all souls have more like ancestral parents.
And that's why it's like, I already act like I'm 80, but you know, people tell me, Oh, you're so young. I'm like,
what? Let's get that vibrancy back. So this is when you were five or six, but I think it was something like more like in the family, like grandparents kind of thing. So it's one, two, it's three generations back.
Three generations back on your mom's side or your dad's side? I feel like they're doing dad's side a lot today. Okay. Okay. One, two, three, four. Four words we need to name. Possessive. That's what it is. Oh, this is good. Possessive. Burdened.
Powerless.
Torture. You have attachments or entities in your field and they're not yours. They're from great, great, great grandpa or grandma.

So we're going to integrate it in a sense. These intentions about feeling joyful and not worried. So I have you say them, then I do the codes and then we restate them and we lock it in. And what I'm really doing is I'm changing the energetic field pattern and I'm working on the rings around your brain.
So this is the energetic brain. And so that's, what's missing in everyone's brain work. Okay. When you do physical brain, give you supplements. I have those too. You know, we can tell you how to eat. We can detox, you know, we can do all that. We can work on emotions. We can, you know, work on your spiritual body, but this is the energetic piece that's often missed.

So is that clearing chakras?
It's clearing the whole energetic blueprint. It actually goes seven generations back and seven forward. So that's called a mini integration. Now I teach all of the integrations that do different lobes of the brain. So like at my retreat in the fall, we're going to do the miracle integration.
We're going to learn it and practice it. And it works on the occipital lobe of the brain. And it has to do with relationship to self, relationship to the world with dyslexia, ADD, and midline movements. So it's, it's both sort of scientific and spiritual at the same time. How do you feel after we did those codes?
Well, I felt a lot of, uh, kind of like, um, almost like energy going through my head kind of. Um, and I feel better now. Thank you.

So for two weeks, I want you to do something called Mind Gems.

And I'll give it here as a gift to everybody. Mind Gems is 12 little exercises that balance the brain rings. And we did one. We did the polarity balance.

Another really good one that clears shock and anxiety is to cone our fingers on either hand, on both hands, and one hand goes over this bump, the thymus gland, and the other hand, so it's right on left and left on right, so we're crossed.
This clears shock and anxiety. And so if you sit and you do this when you are anxious about something and you breathe, It'll turn it around. Okay, and we do it first one way and then we switch putting the other hand on top.
Okay, so mind gems, I do morning and night. All my clients do the morning and night. They take four minutes to do. You can use them as a meditation. You can set yourself up for a good day. by holding intention about what you want to have happen that day while you do these. And then I do them at night before I go to bed too.
Another really good one is this one. We're going to call them the fingers on the right hand, put it in the middle of your forehead. And this is called envision. So here I want you to visualize yourself. Being in joy, taking a vacation, coming home, allowing that relaxation and that fun.
Well, I'm so relaxed now. I have no questions now.
You know what? I think you're, I think everyone's going to agree here. I think your homework is to go have fun.
I think you need to do something that's going to give you, you know, it doesn't have to be big. You can go outside and see a butterfly on the plant.
